About the Role:
Join EmmUcare Home Health as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Clinton County, PA. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
